Fees
The shipping fees do not
include cost of materials used to pack an order properly to ensure
it arrives at its destination undamaged. Many of our customers
comment on the great job we do of packing and we take pride in
carefully hand-packing each order. A handling fee of $4.00 is
charged.
The shipping fees are calculated
based on the actual weight of the merchandise. You will receive
a confirmation email which will contain a subtotal of the order.
This subtotal does not include delivery costs. It is not possible
to accurately confirm shipping fees without having packed/shipped
your order. You will receive an UPS email notifdication that will
include the tracking number and total cost of your order.
All orders are assessed a $4.00 handling
charge. This fee is based on the cost of materials used to pack
an order properly to ensure it arrives at its destination undamaged.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of the order
being received. Orders received on holidays or weekends are processed
on the next business day. When there are a high volume of orders
processing may be additionally delayed and we appreciate your
understanding. Please plan your order accordingly during the holidays
(September through December).
Delivery
UPS is the carrier that delivers packages for WomenWellness.

for their shipping regulations.
For packages delivered to addresses
in the United States, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day
Air, 3 Day Select and Ground are the options available for delivery.
UPS Canada Standard is the standard
method used for most Canadian deliveries )some locations within
Canada require us to use UPS Canada Express). All international
orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide. Orders going to Alaska,
Hawaii & Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Our UPS shipments are classified
as residential shipments. Please email WomenWellness if
you need a shipment sent to a business address.
Returns
Unauthorized returns are not accepted because we cannot guarantee
the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our
warehouse. Unauthorized returned merchandise will be discarded
and we will not issue credit. There are no exceptions to this
policy.
If we make an error in your order, we will gladly authorize the
return and pay for the return shipping costs. For authorized returns
credit will be issued.
If your package was damaged in transit,
carefully verify the extent of the damage. Call the UPS shipping
carrier at (1-800-PICK UPS). New items will be shipped as soon
as damaged items have been returned and verified by Women's Wellness
or an UPS Claim number has been received. You must retain the
originakl packaging materials until the claim is resolved. If
you discard the damaged goods, there can be no refund or credit.
