About

Women’s Wellness 4u is the culmination of the visions and dreams, years of study and holistic services of its founder and President, Johnetta Miner, NP. She is a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Physio-Philosophy practitioner and Jin Shin Jyutsu self- help instructor.

Jin Shin Jyutsu, the ancient art of harmonizing the complete  person-mind, body, spirit, emotions -brings balance to the body’s energies, thereby promoting optimal health and facilitating healing of the body. It is a valuable complement to conventional treatment methods.  It is not a replacement for proper diagnosis and medical care.

Johnetta advocates preventative health care in an integrative manner, combining traditional and western medicine. She brings years of experience to her practice as a Registered Nurse, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Public Health Consultant.

She has provided primary care to adolescents and women specializing in prenatal, obstetrics and gynecology care while including integrative care. In addition, she founded and facilitates a monthly gathering for women to support each other, share lived experiences, to learn new information regarding health and to network.

Johnetta was spotlighted in the New York Healing Practitioners Network’s Healing Journal Newsletter. She can be consulted regarding health, wellness and Therapeutic Lifestyle Choices at her practice in Manhattan. She also facilitates workshops on aromatherapy and healing touch and gives Jin shin Jyutsu treatments. She is the founder and editor of the newsletter, Women’s Wellness Report.

In addition to being a long distance runner and cyclist, women and men have improved their general health and athletic performances with the aid of her massage and complementary therapies, wellness counseling and nutritional recommendations.
